Adopt

Unfortunately we do not have the resources to translate the descriptions of each homeless pet. Feel free to contact us at info@ssesy.fi if you are interested in adopting a pet. We will happily help you find the right one.

You can find Finnish descriptions of all of the homeless cats here and the dogs here and the other animals here.

Want to adopt a homeless pet?

When you want to adopt a homeless animal, as the first step you should take a look at our adoption terms. These terms and conditions are included in our adoption contract, which will be signed when the animal is picked up. It would be good to familiarize yourself with them before you get to know the animal.

When you're familiar with the adoption terms and you have found the right animal for you, email us at info@ssesy.fi. That way we can arrange a meeting with the animal.

If you decide to adopt the animal after the visit, you will have to pay the adoption fee before retrieving the animal.

As a general rule, all of our cats are expected to live indoors!
However, cats are allowed to walk on a harness or spend time in outdoor cat enclosures.

Myy spent two long years alone in a abandoned house relying solely on feeding. By the time she was caught Myy had accumulated a lot of love to give, and soon she had a new very own person to love.
The most important things in Rocky's life are food and head scratches. This harsh-looking charmer enjoyed petting so that drool was dripping while purring. After learning the habits of an indoor cat, he quickly got his own home.
